TENDER: BOARD Performance and Effectiveness Evaluation Consultancy Services
The Botswana Accountancy Oversight Authority (BAOA) was established by the Financial Reporting Act. The principal objectives of the Authority include to provide oversight to the accounting and auditing profession and promote the standard, quality, and credibility of providing financial and non-financial information by entities. Its functions include standard setting, financial/non-financial reporting monitoring, audit practice reviews, promotion of good corporate governance practices, and enforcement of compliance and oversight over the education and training of professional accountants in Botswana.
Bidders are invited to submit proposals for the provision of Board Performance and Effectiveness Evaluation Services to the Authority for the year 2024.
All interested bidders must be registered with Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) under the following, and any other relevant, codes. • Code 317- 01 – Management Consultancy Services • Code 314 – Financial Services Sub-Code 06 – Auditing Services 4.
